To get a first-hand experience, students in our school take part in daily activities to monitor the consumption of resources like water, electricity and waste generation. The students also take part in plantation of trees and take care of plants to learn about environmental care practices and their benefits at a very young age.
The school is steadily moving towards its goal of becoming a green school. The use of Solar panels for energy efficiency, water conservation and reuse of wastewater facilities and minimising waste generation are a few constructive steps towards realising this.
Less (-)Students are made to memorize verses from the Holy Book with an aim to make them conversant with the ancient Indian wisdom through epics, puranas, panchatantra, jatakas, etc.
Students are provided with a strong foundation of Physics, Chemistry, Botany/Agriculture/Ayurveda, and Biology through experiments, modeling and perception/experiencing.
The curriculum also includes fine arts with special focus on Indian classical music/dance, yoga, sports, self-defense, and martial arts.
History and Geography coupled with the study tours help the students with fundamental understanding of our nation and its cultural heritage.
Students are encouraged to learn mathematics as a language of science. Mathematics coupled with science helps the students to develop a scientific bent of mind.
We also organize logically sequenced curriculum along with text books and supporting study material wherever standard books are not available.
